GoSuomi provides AI-powered travel planning services focused on Finland. Our service generates custom itineraries based on user preferences using real-time data from Visit Finland DataHuband AI models (e.g., Google Gemini).

AI-Generated Content: The itineraries and recommendations provided by our service are generated by Artificial Intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI can produce errors ("hallucinations"). Users are responsible for verifying opening hours, costs, availability, and safety details directly with the venues or official tourism boards.

Personal Responsibility: GoSuomi is not liable for any losses, inconveniences, or damages arising from the use of our itineraries. Travel at your own risk.

Usage of certain features requires an account. We use Clerk for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under the account.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to conduct any activity that would violate the rights of others or the functionality of our website. Automated scraping or "botting" of our generation service is strictly prohibited.

The software, design, and branding of GoSuomi are the property of GoSuomi. Itineraries generated for you are for personal, non-commercial use.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
